Toy Soldier arrived to our program in December of 2020 after we were asked to assist his need for a home when his owner passed away. Toy Soldier had a decent racing career, earning $125,271 out of 19 starts. Toy was well cared for and loved by his connections, who assisted with meeting us to load and say goodbye to him when he was transferred to our facility. After retiring from racing, Toy sired a number of horses who continue to race today.
Toy enjoys romping outside in the sunshine and spending time in his stall sleeping, eating and watching horses in the shedrow. Toy loves treats, alfalfa hay and gobbling his grain.
We offer private sponsorships for all our residents. Subscribed sponsors are offered visitation rights, engraved stall plaques, a photo and certificate of their sponsorship to be displayed in the home or office. We offer company sponsorships as well. Sponsorships are well appreciated by our residents and are great gifts for those who want to participate with horses.
