Adopt A Horse In Need Today

Adopting a retired thoroughbred racehorse can be immensely rewarding for both the horse and the owner. This new journey will create opportunities for bonding as you provide your retired racehorse with a wonderful next chapter in life. On behalf of everyone at TRRAC, thank you for considering an off-the-track thoroughbred.

If you can't adopt, please consider sponsoring a horse in rehabilitation. These horses face a long recovery journey, and your support can significantly ease their transition and healing process.

( CROSS TRAFFIC - SNICKER BELLE, BY DISTORTED HUMOR )

Hi! My name is Ertz! I am a beautiful and curious young filly who is seeking my next home with someone who will love hanging out with me and enjoy my lovely personality! I am a good girl and try very hard to listen to my handlers. I am good for the farrier and vet. I only had one start- I won my first race! Unfortunately, I injured myself and required surgery- but I am good as new and ready for a home! I rehabilitated from surgery where a screw was placed in my knee. It sounds scary, but I don't even know it is in there and I love to run and play with my friends in the field. I do not have any vices and I am good in the barn. I am also barefoot and an easy keeper. My favorite activities include sleeping in my field, grazing, eating treats and being brushed. Will you consider adopting me?
