Maui Meadow Farm is situated on 65 acres of land, a majority of the land is designated to our horses for turn out. Horses are gender segregated- with each horse allowed amply land to graze on. The remainder of the land is designated for hacking, jump fields and trails.
For horses just entering our program, smaller paddocks are offered to them so they gradually are introduced into our program. These horses are turned out with a babysitter friend. Our herds are allowed ample grazing, with no more than 7 to each herd so each horse has a fair share of grazing. We host two barns, with our rehabilitation barn housing larger than normal stalls so our resting horses can have ample room to lay down.
